KupoGrip USA prides itself on unparalleled customer service. Our goal is to make sure the photographers and filmmakers who share our passion are completely satisfied.
However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.
