Kupo Vision Arm with Cold Shoe

Kupo Vision Arm with Cold Shoe

Apr 11th 2022

Hello and welcome to this short video on the Vision Arm with Cold Shoe. As you can see, the Vision Arm is designed primarily to support field monitors, both on DSLRs and professional video cameras. Vision Arms are also known as Israeli arms, cinearms or Noga arms. To loosen all joints in the arm, simply turn a handle in the center or elbow position of the arm. Not only does the center joint loosen up, but both ball joints on the ends as well. First let's mount this arm onto a monitor. Now we can mount our arm into the cold shoe on our camera. Position the arm where you'd like, and tighten the central handle clockwise until all joints lock in place. The Vision Arm can also be used for lightweight items and accessories such as this field recorder for instance. There are dozens of uses for articulated arms. I'm sure you have several on your mind right now. Everyone can use a third arm. Now, that’s a wrap – thanks for watching.

When it comes to your image-making dreams, and your grip equipment at Kupo we like to say, “Never let go.”
